Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Audience Studio (formerly Salesforce DMP)
It was used mainly for the company to gather intelligence about our clients and try to segment them and push offers accordingly to what we could expect them to be interested in. The software helped us to gain some good clients and achieve more deals while focusing more on getting new partners in.

- Assign account manager dynamically.
- Expensive in the long run.
- Expensive setup to get the maximum of the software.
- Return of high spenders.
Much more expensive and difficult to change from the initial setup. Needs to be used as a powerful tool and gather as much data as possible from the start as the cost-saving here should not be your driver to get that software in the first place. Others are cheaper and easier to change while in it.
