Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Audience Studio (formerly Salesforce DMP)
We use Salesforce Audience Studio to collect data from our customers at multiple channel touchpoints. The technology and AI that powers it has helped gather some interesting insights about our audience and marketing campaigns which let us better optimize our campaigns and return on investment. I feel that this unified dashboard is something that makes using the platform worthwhile.

We chose Salesforce Audience Studio over these competing products because it was a part of our overall Salesforce CRM contract and it made financial sense to bundle it along with our other products. I also feel the sales team did a great job in answering our questions and talking to an enterprise-level organization v/s some of the competing platforms out there.
