Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce CMS
I utilized Salesforce CMS in my consulting position. Our entire organization depended on it to track and manage our sales leads to win or loss and then for after-market support.
- It allows the user to query customer data
- It allows the user to define metrics and track KPIs
- It allows the user to set up dashboards with charts and graphs to monitor trends
- The user interface could be more friendly/intuitive
- More options for creating visuals such as graphs
- Salesforce CMS made it much simpler to keep track of customer records
- Salesforce CMS has allowed for a seamless handoff of customers to various colleagues
Salesforce CMS had a lot more built-in database features than Squarespace to allow for more records access capabilities. Squarespace has a slightly more user-friendly GUI. Ultimately, the decision came down to database features and reliability, which Salesforce CMS could provide.
