Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce CMS

Use Salesforce CMS to primarily manage sales deal cycles from lead to renewal., it enables us to manage and track progress and also for analytical purposes and reporting to senior management team. It is also integrated with a whole host of other tools that we use as part of the full marketing and sales process and cycle.

I've used Salesforce CMS for about 10 years plus now, I find it super easy to use and does everything I need from a marketing and sales angle. Usability is high for me. Truth is takes a while to fully understand Salesforce CMS and how it works, but once you do you are a convert.
Does everything I need in one place, so I don't have to use anything else, it integrates with everything I need as well.

It allow us to perfectly track sales deal cycles from end to end and allows us to reporting on these accurately on a monthly, quarterly or yearly process. Allows us to track which marketing channels and campaigns and working the mostly effectively and which result in closed won deals. Its less appropriate if you are going to use it to run campaigns as it doesn't integrate with everything.
