Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
My organization uses Commerce Cloud in unison with the Sales Cloud to help perform and optimize all selling and marketing efforts for our company. We have a massive organization and this platform helps us engage with our audience. It allows our team to keep track of their efforts and see where they are at relative to where they want or need to be.

We also explored Shopify and thought it did a pretty good job of what we were looking for. I think the thing that really sold us is that we already have Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud so this was an easy addition for us to make. It's a lot easier to have all our systems integrated.
