Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Community Cloud

It is being used within a specific department. It allows us to streamline our sales process, and a basis of record on accounts, prospects, clients, deals closed and as well as historical metrics. I like it because of how intuitive and easy it can be to wrap my head around.

Salesforce has highly customizable lead management and scoring, while HubSpot can get small businesses up and running quickly with lead generation via content marketing. HubSpot is unique in its focus on inbound and content marketing—in fact, that's at the core of what the company does. Also, HubSpot's pricing model is great for small businesses that require basic CRM functions, while Salesforce is a better investment for businesses that get value out of advanced features.
I think customer service is the support you offer your customers — both before and after they buy and use your products or services — that helps them have an easy and enjoyable experience with you. Offering amazing customer service is important if you want to retain customers and grow your business. Many companies also provide self-service support, so customers can find their own answers at any time day or night. Customer support is more than just providing answers; it’s an important part of the promise your brand makes to its customers and I think Salesforce provides that.

I don't know all the best use cases but its best suited for Salesforce to keep up-to-date records within one system. It also is a great platform to understand your progression throughout your day, week and quarter. I'm able to forecast more accurately than most other platforms,
