Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

We currently use SalesLoft as a prospecting tool for potential new clients as well as a communication tool for previous clients. This is also being utilized as a way to track specific analytics regarding effective call times and email tracking. It is, as of now, only being used by a few specific sales departments at the company.

  • Have received a few hot leads as follow-up calls from seeing who has clicked emails.
Have not yet had the need to make a request for any sort of support.
SalesLoft easily integrates with LinkedIn.
SalesLoft provides a great amount of transparency to sellers as to who is and isn't responding to your outreach. It is also beneficial for clients in that it provides an opt-out option if they do not want to receive any additional emails. I would say it not as ideal for making phone calls right now but could be improved.
