Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

It is being used by the sales department at the organization. We connect to Salesforce for all reporting functionality to seamlessly intertwine with all other aspects of the business for cross-department use.

The account managers assigned to our organization have always been responsive and willing to help at the drop of a hat. For most problems that arise, they have a quick solution with an explanation that prevents future issues arising.
The connection with our ESP and CRM is flawless. Have never run into issues.

Outside of sales, it's hard to pinpoint other departments using this software and how it would make day-to-day use more beneficial than other softwares we currently have in place.
