Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

It is used by our Sales Team to streamline the outbound process through cadences and get intel on emails, calls, etc. It really helps me stay organized on a daily basis.
  • In-app dialer
  • Email open rates
  • Recorded convos.
  • Metrics on emails that are performing well versus others.
  • Direct call back from voicemails
  • I'd like to have the auto fill for subject lines
  • knowing is a bot/server is opening my email or if it's an actual person.
  • Improved productivity
  • Great organizational skills
  • Love the competitive analysis within each contact/account.
We use it to integrate with Salesforce. As a long-time Salesforce user, I believe that it integrates very well. Whether I'm working out of Salesforce or out SalesLoft I can still seamlessly make calls or send emails, while still accessing by voicemail drops and email templates. I'd say it works for what I need it to do.
I was not a part of the Salesloft evaluation.
I'd say it's very well suited for Sales teams and getting intel on your outbound processes. Great for competitive reviews as well. Might be less appropriate for inbound calls if you already use Salesforce.
