Overall Satisfaction with Salesmate
Salesmate is being used by our sales team which is a smaller division of a larger organization. It solves any problems not the least of being giving me the ability to manage all of my contacts/deals in one location. It is easy to use and doesn't require a ton of ramp up like Salesforce
- Color Codes my deals
- Links to my outlook and gmail calendars
- Allows my to itemize my activities in one place
- Bridging data could be better
- Having notes bridge over from contact/company view to deal view
- Give me a better picture of the economics of my entire relationship with a prospect/client
- Funnel management is more efficient
- Mass Marketing is easier
- Itemized task lists are invaluable for time management
Much easier and more intuitive plus the support is outstanding and easy to access
