Overall Satisfaction with SAP Commerce Cloud
During Covid, we realized and started this journey of marking our presence in Cloud as a central platform to facilitate our Dealers and specially Customers the delight of ordering, tracking, servicing and feedback at one place. Prior to that we do not have any single delight place, for Sales, Service and Parts business. But now Customers as well Dealers and do, chatting, video conferencing, ordering, online payment, raise complains and provide feedback at one place.

- Payment gateway integration should be easy
- Back Office should be more easily understandable
- Easy customization
- Parts Sales greatly increased in terms of count and revenue
- Order placing, tracking and invoicing became fast and transparent
- Feedback can be tracked and worked upon
We are already using a lot of SAP products and are having quiet a big SAP application portfolio already, that is why SAP Commerce Cloud was out first choice, in terms of experience and ease of work with them. They are a great support till today whenever required, whether its delivery, decision or development.
