ECommerce solution to connect with customers with one of the product lines. The integration with SAP S4/HANA facilitates ease of data integration between SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP S4/HANA. The solution helped the organization to provide a best in class self-service portal to customers to connect to customized B2B solution offerings of the organization. The ability of the customers to manage the orders effectively with this tool is a great feature. The solution helped the organization to improve and enrich customer service and service delivery of the products and service.
