Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
SAP Concur is used to centralize and streamline our travel and expense processes. Previously, travel booking and expense reporting were managed under different outdated tools.

SAP ECC is the company's ERP and it is integrated with SAP Concur for accounting and financial reporting. We reduced the number of interfaces and since Concur is a SAP product, the integration is greatly simplified.
We're able to centralize the travel and expense reporting functions and optimize the staffing level needed to support it.
Admin functions are centralized since it is all under one tool now. My personal experience has been positive while using Concur in that it is easy to follow, exceptions are clearly laid out and the approval process is standardized.
