Crystal Reports is the future
Overall Satisfaction with SAP Crystal
Crystal Reports is being used by our organization primarily for medical billing statements. It is being used by the whole organization. Crystal Reports generates print files faster than any other program we have tried. It also has a great deal of functionality with regards to formatting and conditional output.
Pros
- Crystal Reports is very easy for any user to use.
- It compiles data very quickly.
Cons
- It would be helpful if Crystal Reports could output text flowing up instead of down.
- It has had a positive impact on our ROI, because we purchased the software over 10 years ago, and are still able to use it. There have not been any additional purchases that needed to be made to allow the product to be used.
