SAP Data Intelligence helps us in providing nice data analytics with our data. Usually, we have extracted the data from multiple sources. We required day-to-day data analytics for our customers. This saves a lot of time and effort in providing the right and efficient data analytics and visualization of our data with minimal effort.

  • The consulting team provides the right approach of your data and how it is used for better data analytics.
  • Overall product functionalities and product roadmap.
  • Customer service and support.
  • Improvement in efficiency to upload large volume of data.
  • Addition of advanced visualizations such as charts, graphs, etc.
  • Centralized and ad-hoc reports shall be improved.

SAP Data Intelligence is one solution for all your data analytics requirements. It is a reliable and scalable solution that can be used for any domain and product vertical. Although, there are some improvements required such as user training materials, the introduction of machine learning capabilities for predictive analytics, etc. Mobile compatibility is also a big concern as we received feedback from the users. Overall a good data analytics solution by SAP.

We are working on a wide variety of data that are extracted from various sources, SAP data intelligence allows us to access large structured and unstructured data. This makes this solution unique in the market. It helps us in preparing the data, making a transformation, and doing the visualization on it. The right data analytics and its approach make any organization make better decisions on time with greater efficiencies. Overall a great data intelligence solution by SAP.

SAP Data Intelligence is best suited if you are using other SAP enterprise applications. It is one of the powerful BI solutions that provide powerful reports in a few clicks. The UI is brilliant and easy to use and any person with initial training can use this solution for enterprise use. However, it is less appropriate when you have a large amount of data as this takes a lot of time to upload into the system. Also, the inbuilt workflow needs improvements on a regular basis. User feedback plays an important role in improving the BI solution. The reports shall have a provision for customization as per the client's requirements.
