SAP Sales Cloud is a robust application which can compensate company-specific business solutions. It has proved successful in the whole cycle starting from pre-sales to post-sales. Visit planning is very useful to sales reps which includes route planning; works like a personal assistant. Business Configuration of standard features is almost flexible and can be fine-tuned according to the business strategy. All screen which a sales department require in SAP will be available in C4 Sales and the cost per user is also less compared to S4 suite

Integration with ERP is absolutely a hit. Starting from customers to contacts, sales quotes to sales orders - with the latest hot fix and release all the required ERP fields are replicated. Price maintenance is one of the most hectic jobs and this has been made by replicating products and providing external pricing and bringing all the header and item level components to C4. The whole cycle in S4 like order creation, document posting, Invoicing, and Billing are all replicated as a document flow to C4 for a better understanding for the end user.
It does not have strong & standard linkage with ERP. Security and connectivity is far enough to discuss in Salesforce
