Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud

Integration features work seamlessly with real-time data from SAP Sales Cloud. The embedded analytics solution is one of the analytics platforms that have not received the deserved limelight. Very complex models of relationships can be handled by this tool, providing one unique story of KPIs. It also has so many features and so many configuration options and SAP constantly updates and maintains it. This is exactly what SAP Sales Cloud gives us; their user interface is so clear and concise. Whenever we have issues, the support team is of help too.

We ran several channels successfully. It also saves the team a lot of time because texts can be sent right away. Other than that with better customer relationships and collaboration, customer happiness has also gone up.
It is quite user-friendly for a new user, supporting all sales teams in getting up to speed with the solution in no time. In addition to consumer satisfaction, better relationships with customers and collaboration have also been taken to new highs.

Besides some cons, I think SAP Sales Cloud is a great tool for real-time integration. The support team is also excellent, incase of facing any kind of problem they can reach out to the team. SAP also maintains and updates the platform, so overall it is great to work with.
