With the use of artificial intelligence, SAP Sales Cloud is a really helpful software that helps my business come up with ideas for boosting sales. We can effectively manage sales and achieve scalable segmentation and targeting with SAP Sales Cloud, all with little training required. The tool's concept appeals to me, as does how simple it is for most people to see contract paperwork. It has been a fantastic tool with many features that are helpful for any team. It is readily integrated with other software and tools and can be customized to meet corporate needs. allows for task monitoring, prioritization, and coordination, giving organizations the ability to plan in real time and communicate quickly.

An efficient CRM tool for managing contacts and pipeline is SAP Sales Cloud! It fosters teamwork among our employees and raises ROI and productivity. Scalable segmentation and effective sales management are made possible by SAP's Sales Cloud solution. These integrations have greatly accelerated and improved the efficiency of our entire sales process. We can now plan and forecast more effectively, and our sales cycle has significantly decreased. SAP Sales Cloud also assists us in reducing redundancy by helping us prioritise hot prospects. Also, we now have more insight into every customer thanks to integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
We can effectively manage sales and achieve scalable segmentation and targeting with SAP Sales Cloud, all with little training required. The program is incredibly user-friendly and enables additional ERP system integration. The automated authorization system, which has made permissions management easier and can be implemented in the cloud by several cloud service tenants—each of whom is a cloud service provider—was something I really appreciated. For users who don't want to click on three links to launch each relevant CRM program, this is quite helpful.

It consistently contributes to an efficient rise in business sales. Our consumers can communicate with us even if they are from various cultures or regions.


On certain sites, the program does not allow for a large number of configuration options, and we have encountered problems with versions and formatting contracts.
