Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud

I help make sales easier to carry out by improving customer relations. By having unified information on each client, I can provide better sales development by knowing their needs and tastes. It speeds up the sales process because it has allowed me to have a closer relationship with each potential client and thus be sure to achieve successful sales.

Pros

  • Having a unified database with everything that needs to be known about each client
  • Simplifies sales processes
  • Integration with other applications to have everything connected

Cons

  • Its complexity of use at the beginning can be overwhelming, there is no clear and basic guide on how to use it if you are a beginner in SAP Sales Cloud
  • It has been essential for commercial objectives, it makes it faster to develop sales and with advanced tools for more outstanding and real analysis that allow making decisions based on the generated reports
It has reduced process times by giving a more personalized approach to each client, its better organization makes it possible to have a clear visualization of all the information
It allows for more productive and more collaborative work between all the work teams, it also allows for having an updated tool that gives us more solidity

It is very suitable for having an organized base with the most important information unified, it allows you to create links with the most satisfactory clients and has more advanced tools with AI so that all sales processes are faster and easier to close. It is not suitable for beginners without knowledge
