We have used SAP Sales Cloud mainly to boost the sales performance and customer engagement. It provides the AI driven customer management platform with solutions for sales automation, lead management and powerful analytics. It also provides the easy and effective user interface where we can create multiple dashboards and get the desired information.

SAP Sales Cloud lets our sales team to spend more time in engaging with our customer base and building healthier relationships. With the help of SAP Sales Cloud solution we can streamline and automate critical processes and provide AI based recommendations to our customers. It also has optimised mobile selling experience which is very helpful.
SAP Sales Cloud is pretty much scalable for us. It has increased win rate and drive revenue by automating critical sales functions through an intelligent, unified and scalable sale automation strategy. It is incredibly useful due to its use of pipeline analogy to manage tasks, detect and address potential process issues.
SAP Sales Cloud is way better than the other products and tools which we had used earlier because it provides efficient solutions for sales management and security wise it is pretty much reliable compared to others. It also provides the top notch next generation AI driven customer management platform which was missing in other tools.
