Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud

We used SAP Sales Cloud for managing all our leads and deals for different entities. Also whole managing the contact and leads SAP Sales Cloud's AI feature has helped us by giving the recommendation and leads insights and due to this our pre-sales team was getting the correct information about prospective lead before calling them for product demo's. Also we setup the task and workflow automation within the crm to reduce the manual efforts of the sales team and increase the sales conversions

  • Able to track all our leads and deals and measure ROI in one system.
Yes by using this software we are able to manage our all projects database in one system entity wise. Able to do the email campaigns and nurturing them in the pipeline and getting the detailed reports for marketing and sales team. Now we are saving around 2-3 hours of work by using this software because most of the things are automated and organized in systematic manner. This is highly recommend software for all who all are particularly working in the IT sector.
Yes by using this SAP Sales Cloud you can do the customisation in your workflow and also they are providing many integrations which in turn helps to cross team communication within the organisation. Also for managing the big size channel partner teams this is the best software I came across.
