Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud
I am using SAP Sales Cloud as a Key User and mainly I am doing administrative tasks like scoping, fine-tuning and adaptation. SAP Sales Cloud is doing a great job regarding maintaning objects like opportunities, activities and visits. It is intuitive and easy to use. It helps sales managers to track their opportunities with sales phases and activities assigned to them. It gives valuable information on which stage the sales process is.

Cons
- Mobile application should be definitely improved
- Performance should be better (long screen loading times)
- Some limitations regarding developing/extending solution
- Increase revenue
- Better and faster Sales process
- Greater transparency
SAP Sales Cloud gives managers simple and easy way to track their opportunities and review related objects like accounts, contacts, task, visits, appointments etc. They can also make sales quotes for customers, using also external pricing from connected other systems, like SAP ERP or S4/Hana. They can also review their results on KPI's and reports.
