Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud

It’s used across the company as a smart sales hub that facilitates the prospecting and identification process at each stage of the client. It’s been very flexible to handle all the complexity of our customer data and manage tons of automations and calculations at scale. By centralizing all sales activities in one platform, it’s ultimately shortening sales cycle and increasing revenue predictability.

The tool is packed with features and easy integration with the tools we currently use makes provides a customizable approach to managing the entire sales process and integrate with other departments’ workflows. The benefits for us include a unified customer view for personalized interactions and more efficient sales processes with higher conversion rates.
From a user standpoint, it’s a very complete and reliable tool, at least with the way we have it set up. It is able to manage a large and constantly growing book of clients and prospects and this scalability also helps us identify and create new business opportunities that we can then pass along to the right teams internally.
Compared to other CRMs, I have found SAP Sales Cloud much more helpful and easier to be able to filter views of contacts and monitoring of pipeline performance is very intuitive with a great user interface. Our sales team is highly dependent on it for opportunities, quotes, leads tracking and management.

It has proven to be really useful in maintaining a good and healthy pipeline by having all customer and pipeline information centralized allowing us to easily track the lead journey and opportunities. It could use more AI but it’s a great tool to analyze sales data and I like all the current capabilities offered.
