The tool is packed with features and easy integration with the tools we currently use makes provides a customizable approach to managing the entire sales process and integrate with other departments’ workflows. The benefits for us include a unified customer view for personalized interactions and more efficient sales processes with higher conversion rates.
Compared to other CRMs, I have found SAP Sales Cloud much more helpful and easier to be able to filter views of contacts and monitoring of pipeline performance is very intuitive with a great user interface. Our sales team is highly dependent on it for opportunities, quotes, leads tracking and management.
