SAP Sales Cloud is an efficient tool used by the sales team across the organisation right from lead, opportunity,quote to seamless integration with s/4 Hana and other SAP application like IBP , success factor and BTP to seamless help the end to end Opportunity to cash process cycle flow The data were in silos in different system as a result the integrated system was required as data and process used to work on silos after sales implementation it helped to used a single source of truth and helped the process talk to each other like lead to opportunity to quote to order all seamlessly integrated and then the fulfillment happens in s/4 Hana system with all process appearing in cloud which helps the team on the ground to manage their calendar and appointment and helped them to manage their lead opportunity and quote efficiency with greater impact this helped in sales efficiency and high growth rate and maintain a clear forecast with standard reporting available out of the box with simple User interface with mobile capabilities.

The integration with SAP S4 Hana had helped to complete the fulfillment and get the real time information on the sales order status or pricing and Product availability is a plus point when quote are floating from sales application in SAP Sales Cloud with sales team on the field
SAP Sales Cloud is Tightly integrated with SAP S/4 Hana while the integration and transfer of data with user interface was challenging inearlier Salesforce Sales Cloud being non SAP product at hight cost
