We use SAP Sales Cloud for leads and opportunities generation.

Pros

  • Easy adaption

Cons

  • Integration with other SAP systems
  • Enabled our company to go to one global CRM
The integration between our SAP systems have been a pain point. A lot of duplicate efforts like duplicating master data. User experience between the various systems is not smooth, users have to jump from one system to another to get information they need or to perform tasks.
Difficult to scale if integrated with other systems, including other SAP systems.
