Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud

At our company, we use SAP Sales Cloud to track the entire sales pipeline. For example, it provides a single place to store activity about our sales process and who we engage with, streamlines the quote creation and approval process which accelerates deal cycles. We were able to achieve better collaboration between sales, marketing, product management, and customer support.

Cons

  • All the rules required to make changes to some of the fields.
  • Some integrations require additional licensing.
  • Increase in the number of beverage orders per month
  • Higher deal close rate due to the reminders
  • We already have a base of thousands of leads
All the features in one place make it easier to get multiple tasks done at once, especially the integration part, it’s good at integrating emails and also works well with integrating identification and verification tools to identify prospects.
It’s highly scalable making it very good at displaying figures and supporting complex data analysis, and the options to customize it are endless. I have used it in multiple industries now and it works so well with every vertical.

I’ve seen other organizations try to stitch various solutions together to try create the level of robustness offered by SAP Sales Cloud but result in duplicate efforts. My recommendation is just get SAP Sales Cloud, the implementation is smooth and the tool will give you clear visibility into each sales opportunity in your pipeline.
