Overall Satisfaction with Scale Computing HC3

We purchased our Scale Solution to replace all our physical servers that were lost due to a flood. The cluster provides all the server access needed for our entire organization. As well as it helps supply step one in our backup plan.

  • Best support I have ever dealt with.
  • Sales that actually listens to you.
  • I can't think of any.
Longest I have ever had to wait for a response from support was an hour, and that was on a stat holiday, with the tech calling to tell me they were headed to their computer.
  • Less down time.
  • Less time setting up "hardware."
  • More flexibility for my users.
Scale is light years ahead in usability, setup and management. Sales people had me a quote while on the call, other suppliers took up to 3 months.
No pun intended but with the way you can scale Scale I can't think of any place they could not be used.
