Overall Satisfaction with ScienceLogic SL1

ScienceLogic SL1's infrastructure was set up well until it wasn't. Half of our collectors weren't talking to the Cloud Instance.
We use ScienceLogic SL1 for network monitoring.

  • Automated workflows
IBM SevOne Network Performance Management was too expensive but the better choice. SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor was a good value but didn't have good API integration.
ScienceLogic SL1 does the nuts and bolts well. But, the reporting engine is really clunky and you can't easily get data out of the database if it's not a canned report.
