Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
ScreenConnect is used to support our customers by the escalation team, or to help with setup and configuration of the software.
The biggest business impact that ScreenConnect provides is that it greatly minimizes how often we have to send engineers out to the field to solve complex issues. This increases customer satisfaction and keeps down costs.

Pros
- Very high successful connection rate.
- Fast and easy to get the session started.
- Responsive and easy to use.
Cons
- Better refresh rate, especially when trying to watch video remotely.
- Ability to VERY easily share the session between the different team members. This helps others learn and for the customer to get the fastest possible resolution.
By far we are the happiest with ScreenConnect. The cost was very attractive, that was a big factor.
LogMeIn handles streaming video better, but does not perform as well when it comes to sharing of a session.
