Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
We use ScreenConnect for our remote client app to connect remotely with clients and provide support on our software.
- Quick and easy connection.
- Easy to execute and understand for our clients/user-friendly.
- Cloud server allows for ease of use and no need for server updates or management.
- Process for setting up unattended support - the build app for client machine download requires a little tech knowledge... would be great if it was an auto-drop on client machine.
- Would be nice to have more refined user security... currently one home base houses all agent sessions, and all users have ability to edit/manage other agent sessions which could result in someone mistakingly deleting an active session for another user. Would be nice if this was management level access only, and individual agents didn't have access to other sessions unless invited by hosting agent.
- More efficient and cost effective for our team
We've used GoToAssist... it was good but pretty costly and lacked good centralized management for multiple agents.
