Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
We are IT professionals. Screenconnect is used for support.
- Easy to use.
- Support documentation is well written and easy to understand.
- Able to add computers to access remotely at any time or connect to a customer's computer by emailing a link or giving them a URL.
- Have had license issues. Not be able to access remote support when it states licenses are being used. Checked open sessions. Only one open. Paying for 3 standard licenses.
- Issue with VMs. With Screenconnect running on a windows 7 VM. VM locks and needs to be restarted.

Replaced logmein and Rescue with ScreenConnect. Before we needed to connect to two consoles. Now we are able to a one off session or access computers with the ScreenConnect agent from the same URL.
