Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

We are IT professionals. Screenconnect is used for support.
  • Easy to use.
  • Support documentation is well written and easy to understand.
  • Able to add computers to access remotely at any time or connect to a customer's computer by emailing a link or giving them a URL.
  • Have had license issues. Not be able to access remote support when it states licenses are being used. Checked open sessions. Only one open. Paying for 3 standard licenses.
  • Issue with VMs. With Screenconnect running on a windows 7 VM. VM locks and needs to be restarted.
  • Increase Efficiency
  • Low overhead
  • Good Value
Replaced logmein and Rescue with ScreenConnect. Before we needed to connect to two consoles. Now we are able to a one off session or access computers with the ScreenConnect agent from the same URL.
ScreenConnect works well for remote support.
