Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
We use ScreenConnect to remote to our clients who are having issues with our agents, or do not have the agents installed yet. ScreenConnect is the easiest tool I have run across for getting the users connected to a remote session, and gives the greatest functionality. So many other tools require five or more steps to get connected, but ScreenConnect is super easy to explain to someone over the phone.
- Easy to walk users to connect to a session over the phone
- Easy to switch remote sessions to access clients
- Customizable page and domain so it's easy to tell users where to go and see our logo
- It would be helpful if you could show two monitors as separate windows, instead of one giant connected window
- Provides us a more cost effective solution for remoting to clients when our agent software isn't working.
We replaced LogMeIn Rescue with ScreenConnect. I have also used Join.me, VNC, and TeamViewer to perform similar functions. ScreenConnect is more cost effective, easier to setup, and lets me use a customized site to send our users to.
