Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

We use SC in our HelpDesk department. Our HelpDesk use SC to help our customers with software related issues, giving demos of our software, and install. We are glad we found SC because the price point is affordable, compared to some other remote desktop software providers.

Pros

  • There is no lag in the software. Other remote desktop software there is a lag in connection and using the mouse.
  • SC offers a ton of options to help out the end-user.

Cons

  • SC needs to fix an issue with clients always having to download the client plugin to use SC again. The first time I can see, but to keep installing it is a waste.
  • Savings on price.
  • Ability to leave the session open and connect to it at any time.
  • The ability to see all monitors being used at one time.
Team Viewer: SC the price is much cheaper per user.
LMR and GTA: SC is much faster, doesn't lag, and offers much more features.
As of now we have no issues with SC. It is well suited in ease of use, and price.
