Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

ScreenConnect is used potentially by the whole company but usually by 2 key employees to remote access to other staff laptops in the field and client desktops to help support and communicate with a shared visual. We use LDAP integration to our Windows Active Directory to make sure all staff can access specific machines.
  • Installation of software, super quick and super easy.
  • Remote access, easy simple. No need to get IDs and passwords.
  • Fast and quick, quality is great.
  • Mobile Apps, Android specifically.
  • Maybe a desktop software with the same interface as web, so you don't need to go into your browser all the time to access a machine.
  • Pricing, it is already very good but a single buyout option without support/upgrades after the first year.
  • Cost, compared to TeamViewer
  • Allows remote access saving time visiting clients and field techs
Great, same functionality but at a much cheaper rate!
Great for remote support to clients and monitoring machines.
