Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We are a small business with 6 stores. I am an IT Manager by trade, but also co-owner of this company. I am the primary user of ScreenConnect and use it pretty much every day. I use it to remotely connect to the manager's workstations at the stores, or to work remotely.
- Easy login & connections
- Handles multiple monitors well
- Allows me to create users with specific permissions to groups of machines
- Work better with iPad
- Quick connections
- Negative impact is ScreenConnect's support when needed. It usually works well, but when I have trouble, I always have to wait for someone to call me back
I use ScreenConnect specifically for unattended access to the same group of machines all the time. I don't have a data center or a server to host ScreenConnect on, so the cloud service with just "access" worked well for me and was competitively priced.
