Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
Previously using TeamViewer and LogMeIn Rescue, we decided to move to ScreenConnect as a cost-benefit exercise. Though on using the product we have found that it hasn't just helped our budget, but also our entire remote support infrastructure. We love the simplicity of being able to create installation packages (for multiple platforms), and the customisation level is just excellent!
The product is brilliant. We just hope it remains within the affordable arena for SMEs!
