Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

Currently, it allows me to access all the computers in my office whether I am working from home or on premises. It saves me time from logging into each machine individually.
  • Remote access is the main duty of Screenconnect and does it well.
  • Holding screen sharing meetings regarding a project I am working on has been successful.
  • The mobile app functionality is good but can use some refining.
  • It has reduced the number of hours I need to spend getting to computers and logging in.
  • It has reduced our costs vs. LogMeIn.
Screenconnect can do the same job LogMeIn does for way less cost. LogMeIn probably has a better app currently but the differences are negligible and irrelevant if you've never used both.
Screenconnect has been a perfect solution for remote access of computers as well as single use tech support with co-workers.
