Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

We install clients on PCs in our industrial plants. Support staff and engineers then use screenconnect to remotely operate and/or troubleshoot the plants in conjunction with staff present on site.
  • Multiple concurrent sessions
  • Easy to use user interface
  • Feature rich (file transfer, screenshot, annotation)
  • Mobile apps are lacking (seem like web wrappers)
  • Security: Should require logon password at start of session (without interruption local operator)
  • Technicians able to support plants collaboratively
  • Enabled feature rich support contracts
  • Low quality mode helps in low bandwidth installations
We switched from LogMeIn because of price and concurrent sessions. It's a better product overall.
