Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
Currently, we have one technician using ScreenConnect. Computer Tech has found that ScreenConnect is the most cost affordable fully-featured remote support software for our business. We love it so much that we haven't even considered switching.

- UI seems a little outdated
- iOS app is missing a lot of features
- When access is enabled, there is no option to prompt for connection so the user could say yes or no
- Increased efficiency
- Less time driving
- Quick fixes for simple tasks
- GoToAssist, Splashtop and TeamViewer
ScreenConnect is the most affordable enterprise-grade software on the market. It is very valuable and I would choose it over the competition any day.
