Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
In our company, we have two different locations and drivers spread over the states of Michigan and Ohio. ScreenConnect allows us to remotely access the computers at our other site to give support to our dispatchers and also allows for remote training to our drivers. This product is a huge time saver when you can actually see the screen of the person you are trying to help, instead of them trying to explain what they are seeing.

- Allows for someone to access each computer to update software.
This was an okay product, but when they started charging we discontinued use. It didn't allow the option to set up a permanent access to a computer that you could log on and view without setting up a new session.
