Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
We tend to have professionals who have trouble grasping the technology of today. Screenconnect allows me to show them how to correctly operate the website or technology. The big advantage is the ease of showing them how to connect. It virtually leads them through the process. Other programs require me to walk them through accessing the support program, by that point I might as well just walk them through verbally.

We used to use GoToMeeting. The problem was how do you take someone who can't grasp the basics of iTunes, and expect them to download GoToMeeting. Screenconnect just makes it easier to connect with the professional who is struggling. Also, it allows us to see issues that we can't recreate in office.
