Use Cases and Deployment Scope

[I] have multiple remote computers; it saves me time from having to travel and touch every computer. [It] allows me to access computers even when I'm remote.

Pros and Cons

Quick setup. Small client setup is run on each computer. Don't have to click a lot to install.
Easy to deploy.
Small foot print on the computer.

Really can't think of any. One of the best programs I've used.

Return on Investment

Allows me to be in the office and not on the road taking care of issues.
As long as I have an Internet connection I can remote into a computer that is having issues or servers.
I can train users remotely. If they don't know how to do something, instead of just talking to them I can remote in and let them see how it's done.

Alternatives Considered

The client has small footprint on the computer. Unlike others, haven't run into any memory issues. Connecting is quick and [there's] very little delay.
