Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We currently use Screen Connect to assist with problem solving and IT issues internally within our company.
  • Screen Connect allows you to show others on their screen how to do certain tasks.
  • The program provides a way to access remote users that would otherwise have to travel.
  • Recording screen actions allows future users to learn from others.
  • Improvement could be through the console and speed of access. We find it can lag at times.
  • Having a more diverse pricing profile and additional features would be nice.
  • We have been able to fix issues at a faster pace with less travel expenses
  • Increased time in the office vs being at remote sites.
We compared ScreenConnect to TeamViewer. Both have similar options but ScreenConnect won out due to ease of use and pricing.
This would be well suited for any internal IT department that has PC's across a wide variety of locations.
