Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I use Seekout daily to source for candidates. We have access to a lot of tools and SeekOut is my go-to.
  • No limit to characters in boolean search strings
  • Amazing built-in filters that help tailor my sourcing efforts
  • Contact finder (email/phone)
  • Integration with my CRM
  • I wish the tool could tell me who is actively looking
  • I want to know who is open to relocate and where
  • Reduced time to hire
  • Improved recruiter experience
  • Better CRM database

The candidate profiles are almost always up to date with accurate contact information. I can get so much more sourcing done by using this tool.
The boolean search function and integration with my CRM, and ability to get contact information have been so amazing! I also think the accuracy of the results I get based on my boolean is the best using SeekOut.

I use this over any other tool/job board to source passive candidates. I like this tool best because the boolean works well, the filters are super helpful, and it's x-raying LinkedIn profiles. Hence, I have the advantage of using LinkedIn without needing a LinkedIn seat, but I can also add those profiles to my CRM with contact information. It's doing the job of several tools in one place and makes sourcing SO SIMPLE! I would not want to source without SeekOut.
