Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I am currently using SeekOut to identify niche software developers for next-gen Cloud Platform Product Development R&D teams. SeekOut has been an amazing tool to use for finding industry leaders in next and niche technologies, and in helping to find a very diverse and inclusive candidate pool. It has made my job much easier, as it allows me to not have to use so many tools to find the candidates quickly. Having the ability to view both LI and GitHub profile information in place is HUGE, not to mention being able to find the extremely valuable contact info. Not to mention the ability to create and run targeted campaigns and pull insight reports to educate my hiring managers on the market conditions. I would highly recommend this tool and look forward to future features to the platform.

  • SeekOut has helped reduce my search and contact rate for niche candidates from weeks to days.
  • With its ability to help me identify qualified diverse candidates, my diversity hire numbers by more than 84%.
The Account and Product support team have been great. THE have provided really good training sessions customized to my team's needs, and have responded very quickly to any technical issues my team has experienced (usually user error).
Although LinkedIn has a huge number of candidates and a large number of data points, it does not provide data from multiple networks as SeekOut does, so doesn't paint a complete picture. Also, LI does not present the diversity numbers/candidates in an easily digestible format like SeekOut.

Yes

I highly recommend SeekOut if you are looking for Diverse Software engineers with rare or specific skillsets in niche technologies. I don't think is necessary for roles like Project Management and Business Analysts style roles.
