Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

This product is useful for identifying contact information for qualified candidates on platforms where we otherwise were unable. Where is product fits in our business workflow is of course at the very beginning, in the exploratory phase of the recruitment process. This is an excellent addition to Linkedin Recruiter and seeks to provide answers where LinkedIn may fall short.
  • Providing Email contact information
  • Providing Phone contact information
  • Excessive applications/functions that become redundant. I.e., Projects/Matching that already exists on Linkedin Recruiter.
  • Slightly refining the AI in identifying contact information; albeit helpful, but yields too many false or outdated emails/phone numbers.
  • Direct connection with candidates, not needing to message on the recruitment platforms.
  • Quicker turn around, qualification of candidates.
I had an introductory session is a gentleman from SeekOut and he was pretty helpful. Gave me a rough overview of the platform and its usage. SeekOut is also very intuitive.
Thus far, SeekOut stands out from any other supplemental tools we're using. We haven't experienced any other tool that connects us with candidates like SeekOut.

As a compliment to Linkedin Recruiter, SeekOut works best in this symbiotic relationship. Of all the recruiting platforms on the market, LinkedIn seems the most widely used (globally). Organizations use Linkedin Recruiter is used in the exploratory phase/beginning of the recruitment process, to cast a net to as wide of an audience as possible, before they defer to more specialized platforms such as ClearanceJobs, as an example. Because SeekOut is able to determine personal contact information, it not only does LinkedIn a service by retaining customer/organization users but allows for One to One connectivity without the need to contact on the LinkedIn platform. Allowing for more personal connection.
