Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
IQTalent Partners utilizes our SeekOut subscription by offering access to all employees. We use SeekOut, along with our hiring tools such as Linkedin Recruiter, to source candidates for every type of job in every industry. I've used it for tech, product, sales, and diversity-focused roles

- different talent pool than other sourcing tools
- provides links to github and other links in addition to LI profiles
- sometimes job titles/years are out of date and they will have moved into another industry when u click on LI profile
- included lots of people outside my Years of experience filter that are super jr
- increased diversity
I love the way Seekout displays profiles, it has all their different sites and relevant profiles right there so you don't have to dig and it's very easy to take in quickly. However I do find that it isn't always accurate, and I often click on the perfect candidate only to find on their LinkedIn that they either just started a new job, switched industries last year, it isn't connected to the right profile, or profile has since been deleted.
Monster & Indeed don't seem as naturally user-friendly to me, I found their sites to be a bit confusing and hard to get the hang of. Although they served their purpose of finding candidates that weren't on LinkedIn. LinkedIn is old and reliable, I still use it sometimes. However, there certainly are not as many filters and features on LIR as there are on SeekOut
