Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
I use SeekOut to get contact information for candidates I've sourced. I also use it for AI Matching when I've found an ideal profile. I find the results to be more aligned (and more easily tweaked) than when I use LinkedIn's similar function. I use the power filters a lot for diversity sourcing as well as industry searches. I have used the Talent Insights function to get market data. And I also use it to source out of Lever, our ATS, as it is much more effective than doing a Boolean search in Lever itself.

- I find the projects to be a bit buggy - I sometimes have to re-run the search to get the results to show (otherwise there's a blank page)
- I would prefer more granular power filters
- I would prefer the "link to profile" to go to the Linkedin Recruiter page for the candidate rather than their public profile
- increased response rates for candidate reach-outs
- ability to nurture existing candidates
Better than SignalHire. Comparable to LinkedIn Talent Insights. Complementary to Recruiter
