Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I use SeekOut to find Diverse sales professionals nationwide with experience ranging from 1 year to 20+. I have also used it to find nonsales professionals. Filtering by ethnicity is a huge time saver because people self-identify and you don't have to play a guessing game. I love!

I stay on SeekOut. Linkedin doesn't populate the most diverse profiles and as a diversity source time is important especially when it comes to competing with other companies to find the same diverse talent. for those that don't have- sucks to be you! for those that do, you understand the value in leveling the playing field and how much time you save by finding those people to do that.
The only other platform I use is LinkedIn and SeekOut is way more invaluable to me for prospecting. I can't stress how the self-identification process they use is the best thing to ever happen to any industry where diversity is an initiative. if a company's recruiting department uses SeekOut I know they're serious about diversity.

in my position, I am only allowed to focus on underrepresented minorities which entail black latinx and indigenous people. That is hard to find on LinkedIn because people don't self-identify, it isn't mandatory. I like that I can filter to search only women or only black women for example. the work is cut in half.
