Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I am an internal corporate recruiter and I use SeekOut as a tool to find talent through open-source technology. In the recruitment world - LinkedIn is the "holy grail" when it comes to searching/recruiting for professionals. However, there are several social media and professional networks out there where you can also find talent. The difficulty comes when trying to source through multiple platforms. SeekOut addresses this problem. It expands search throughout the open web to track footprints of talented professionals who might not be logging into LinkedIn but could be on Facebook, Github, etc. As recruiters, we are brand ambassadors for our organizations and most likely the first touch point to a passive external candidate. ProvidingSeekOut a platform with an abundance of resources to connect with these individuals makes our jobs as recruiters more efficient. In addition, SeekOut provides recruitment and TA teams with Data leveraging diversity filters, compensation data, and more. It is an incredible resource to be a business partner to the internal hiring teams you are supporting. SeekOut has taken tremendous strides in its platform and technology to increase prediction capability, add more data, and real-time results.

  • adding another tool and really investing the time is the biggest issue especially when you're having success with other platforms, it sometimes just becomes too much
The support team has a live chat, and they follow through, can't say the same for other HR tools in the marketplace.
10 AI matching tools in the market. Must have tool in a high volume recruitment environment. Excited to see if they can merge into the internal ATS tracking world and touch through data points in the ATS. Greenhouse is lackluster in this area.

If you are in a high-volume recruitment environment where you need to think outside the box to find and connect with talent, SeekOut is going to be well suited for this environment. The war for talent amongst the great resignation is a difficult time for all recruiters and if you are carrying 10+ requisitions at any time, then this would be a great tool to have in your arsenal. If you are in a smaller organization where you may only make ten hires per year, having SeekOut might not be a priority depending on your budget. But even small firms should prepare for ways to grow in the future while being cost-efficient and SeekOut could help.
